Service Agreement — Application AM-XXXXXX Party 1: A & M VISA SERVICES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 07725981, registered office Office 84, 95 Wilton Road, London, SW1V 1BZ, United Kingdom (“the Company”). Party 2: [Client name] (“the Client”). 1. Scope The Company provides the Client with administrative assistance for: [Service], including reviewing the file, preparing forms, organising documents, booking appointments where needed, and submitting and following up the application as described on the service page. 2. Stages The service follows these stages, visible to the Client in the client portal: (1) Signing this agreement. (2) Uploading documents. (3) Document review and approval of the file. (4) Payment of the first instalment. (5) Payment confirmation. (6) Submission to the relevant authority. (7) Assessment by the authority. (8) Decision. (9) If approved: payment of the final instalment and delivery of approval details and files. 3. No guarantee of outcome Any decision to grant a visa, an admission or a lottery selection rests solely with the relevant authority or institution. The Company guarantees no outcome and has no influence over the decision; processing times are set by the authority. 4. Fees and payment The Company’s fee is paid in two instalments: a. First instalment: due after the Company approves the Client’s documents. The application is not submitted until it is paid. b. Final instalment: due only after an approval decision, and payable before approval files are released to the Client. If the application is refused, no final instalment is due. c. Translation and certification: if documents are not translated or certified as the authority requires, the Company arranges this for a per-document fee added to the first instalment. Amounts are set after the file is reviewed and shown to the Client as an itemised invoice in the client portal before any payment. 5. Government and third-party fees Government, embassy, visa-centre, insurance, courier and other third-party fees are not part of the Company’s fee unless explicitly listed on the invoice. 6. Client obligations The Client confirms that all information and documents are true, complete and genuine, will provide any additional document requested within a reasonable time, and will attend scheduled interviews and appointments. Incorrect information may lead to refusal or a travel ban, is the Client’s sole responsibility, and entitles the Company to end the service immediately without refund. 7. Company obligations The Company will exercise professional care in preparing and submitting the file, notify the Client of every status change via the portal, and keep the Client’s data confidential. 8. Cancellation and refunds a. Before the first instalment is paid: either party may cancel at no cost. b. After the first instalment and before submission: the Client may cancel and receive the first instalment back, less the value of work completed and any translation/certification already carried out. c. After submission to the authority: the first instalment and translation/certification fees are non-refundable. d. Government and third-party fees paid are not refundable by the Company. 9. Data protection The Company processes the Client’s personal data and documents only to provide the service, in line with the UK GDPR, and shares them only with parties needed to submit the application. 10. Communication Official communication is through the client portal and the registered email, or by phone/WhatsApp on +44 7877 301705. 11. Governing law This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. 12. Electronic signature The electronic signature below (typing the full name and agreeing) is binding. The Company keeps a record of the signature (name, date and time, IP address). By signing electronically below, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to all terms of this agreement.
