1. Who we are
This website is operated by A & M VISA SERVICES LTD, registered in England and Wales under number 07725981, registered office Office 84, 95 Wilton Road, London, SW1V 1BZ, United Kingdom.
2. Nature of the service
We are a private company providing administrative help with visa and study-abroad applications: preparing forms, organising documents, booking appointments, submission and follow-up. We are not affiliated with any embassy or government body and do not provide legal advice.
3. No guaranteed outcome
Visa, admission and lottery decisions — and processing times — rest solely with the relevant authority. We guarantee no outcome or timeframe.
4. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and the confidentiality of your password. You may not use another person’s account or apply in someone’s name without their consent.
5. Fees and payment
Our fee is paid in two instalments: the first after we approve your documents, the final only after approval and before approval files are released. Translation and certification fees (if needed) are added to the first instalment per document. You see an itemised invoice in your account before any payment. Government, embassy and visa-centre fees are separate.
6. Accuracy of information
All information and documents must be true and genuine. If we discover false information or documents, we stop the service immediately without refund and reserve the right to inform the relevant authorities as required by law.
7. The agreement
Each application has its own service agreement, e-signed in the client portal before uploading documents. If these terms conflict with the agreement, the agreement prevails.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the application concerned. We are not liable for authorities’ decisions, delays or rule changes, or for travel and booking costs incurred before a visa is issued.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
